By purchasing a Slot (Neural Units) on The Brain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Definition of Neural Units

A "Neural Unit (NU)" in the context of The Brain is defined as a digital advertising space and utility receipt. Each NU represents a permanent Slot in the memory of our public AI agent, allowing the purchaser to inject context that will be referenced when relevant queries are made.

Neural Units are NOT:

• Cryptocurrency or digital assets
• Securities or financial instruments
• Ownership stakes in 1MT
• Guarantees of specific outcomes or results

3. Content Guidelines and Removal Rights

All content submitted through Slots must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. The Brain reserves the absolute right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Sexual or NSFW content
• Malware, phishing, or illegal activities
• Spam or misleading information
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. No Warranties

The Brain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Specific query results or AI responses
• Accuracy of information displayed
• Permanent preservation of all data

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Brain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Salvador.
